Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you complete command over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward mail messages from one mailbox to another, create email filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming emails based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your email accounts and edit the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Simply choose the e-mail box account you want to redirect e-mails from, then specify the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
